Ordering Information and Recommendations
How to Order:
The online Order Form is the easiest way for you to specify the image, printing, mounting, and lamination options of your choice. However, if you wish to order non-standard size prints or mounts, or if you have questions before ordering, you can place your order by sending me an e-mail to sales at oceanimagesphoto.com. Be sure to include your full name and address, the stock number of the image(s) you wish to purchase, the quantity desired, and the mounting and lamination services desired, if any. If you have any questions at all, I will be happy to answer them. Whether you order by e-mail or by using the Order Form, I will contact you be telephone or e-mail to confirm your order prior to processing it. If you wish to speak with me personally, you can reach me at (713) 838-0792. I am a staff of one, so if you get voicemail, please leave a message with your day and evening telephone numbers and I will return your call within one business day.
Payment:
Payment must be received before orders will be shipped. My preferred method of payment is by major credit card via Paypal, the Internet's premier online payment system. You need an account in order to use it, but it is free, completely secure, and provides critical protection for online transactions. If you do not already have an account, click here for information and to sign up for an account with a $5 credit. Ocean Images is a Paypal verified merchant. When paying via Paypal, send your payment to sales at oceanimagesphoto.com.
If you choose not to use Paypal, I also accept personal checks or money orders, but they must clear before orders can be shipped. I will provide the address for payment in the e-mail I send confirming your order.
Delivery:
All orders are shipped by UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Final shipping cost will be provided when your order is printed and ready to ship, at which time full payment will be due.
