Ocean Images is my outlet for displaying and selling the best of the underwater images I have collected over 17 years as an underwater photographer. My interest in underwater photography started simply as a means of documenting all the strange and wonderful creatures that I encountered while diving so that I could share them with friends and family at home, most of whom had never had been diving. As I gained more experience, I started to work on my technique and develop my own style of photography. I took a few short courses in underwater photography while on dive trips, but most of what I learned came from picking the brains of some of the truly talented professional photographers whom I have had the opportunity to dive with, as well as, of course, trial and error. Eventually, people started asking to purchase prints for their home or office, and as business grew it became not just a hobby, but an avocation. Now the internet has enabled me to offer my photographs to a much larger audience. I hope you enjoy them.

I offer stunning, high gloss prints with Gatorfoam mounting in a variety of standard and custom sizes, and can even create multiple-print configurations. I get a lot of interesting proposals for the use of my images online or in various types of projects, as well, so if you're not sure whether something can be done, just ask. You might not be the first. If you are, I'm always open to exploring new and interesting ideas.

All of the images on this site are copyrighted, and this website is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. Copyright laws allow individuals to make "fair use" of copyrighted material, but you may not download the images for commercial use or copy them for use on your own website without purchasing a license to do so. I am pleased to offer my on-line galleries for free, but I can only do so if the on-line community respects my rights and ownership of my images. My Order page provides prices for various types of licenses and other uses. If you are interested in using one of my images, I encourage you to contact me about purchasing a license.
